Redaptive is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business & Systems Analysis Specialist, whose focus will be on systems and tools to optimize our operation processes. This incumbent will be responsible for leveraging technology solutions, implementing efficient systems, and driving automation initiatives to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of operational systems and tools, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The position will report to Business & Systems Lead.

Job Responsibilities
- Partner with the Business & Systems Analysis Lead in the development and execution of operational strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Identify, implement, and optimize operational processes that support the efficient functioning across various teams and initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for automation within operational workflows and develop strategies to implement automated solutions, reducing manual effort and increasing productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their operational needs and facilitate seamless communication.
- Ongoing communication, enablement and governance of existing and new processes that impact the organization, our customers, and our cross-functional teams
- Support project planning, execution and monitoring across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure system & tools that are utilized by various teams are well integrated and optimized for the processes, reporting and functionality that make us efficient and effective.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Onboard and ramp up new hires
Job Requirements

- Proven project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within specified timelines and budgets. (Experience using Asana preferred).
- Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to system implementation, data management, and security.
- Proficient in Tableau

Education and Experience
- Proven experience (6-8 years) in an operations, process improvement or project management roles, with a focus on optimizing processes and driving exceptional customer experiences.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in operational systems and tools, such as ERP systems, CRM software, workflow automation tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Experience with system implementation and integration, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Master of Business Administration or another graduate-level business degree
- Experience with building energy systems (e.g., HVAC, Lighting, solar, electric vehicle charging, etc) is preferred
- Experience within startups
- Experience working with US-based companies and cultures preferably in a US/India Structure
- Flexible to work in a 2PM-11 PM IST time zone(as needed) to better align with the global team.
