In this role, you will:
- Evaluate OEM requirements to understand the data needs and objectives
- Analyze internal datasets, both raw and curated, to determine best logic to create necessary data outputs
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure the successful implementation of data solutions
- Maintain detailed documentation of requirements, processes, and solutions for future reference
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Intelligence, Data Science) and 2 years of experience, or a master's degree with 2 years of experience, or 6 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in data analysis and document patterns
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of data extraction and transformation processes
- Basic understanding of database architecture and design principles
- Proficiency in SQL a must; experience with Python desirable
- Experience with API development and integration
- Document Source to Target mapping document based on Functional requirements
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
