Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst at Workassist in Pune. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and utilizing strong analytical and communication skills to support various projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Business Analysis, and Business Process expertise
• Strong communication skills and ability to gather and document business requirements
• Experience in analyzing and improving business processes
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or related field
