WorkStore Ltd., is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst with expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather and analyze business requirements, evaluate ERP solutions, and implement processes to enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Engage with stakeholders across various departments to gather and analyze business requirements.
- ERP Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, including Dynamics 365 Business Central & NAV, based on specific business needs and challenges.
- Process Optimization: Design and document optimized workflows and processes (e.g., sales cycle, purchase order, warehouse management), leveraging Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Solution Development: Develop and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and ERP implementation.
- Effective Communication: Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with developers, project managers, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ERP Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV.
- Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing or business analytics tools.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of effectively interacting with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to leverage these tools for process documentation and optimization.
