Job Description ; -

1 Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document detailed business process and prepare process diagrams.

2 Analyze existing business processes to identify areas which improvement/pain points.

3 Define To-be process by identifying business gaps being faced by users.

4 Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the product team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.

5 create comprehensive test plans based on business requirements and functional specifications.

6 Develop acceptance test scenarios to help in preparing acceptance test cases.

7 Certify product releases by verifying business requirements and to check if it adheres to quality standards.

8 Should have deep domain expertise on Cargo business - Sales, Operations and Revenue Accounting.
