Position Title: Business Analyst

Qualifications:

Education: Masters degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 7-10 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related role.

Skills:

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

3. Proficiency in business process modelling, data analysis, and project management tools (e.g., MS Excel, Visio, Jira).

4. Experience with HCM and ERP systems, CRM systems, or other enterprise software and familiarity with related APIs is a plus.

5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
