Roles and Responsibilities:
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
- Staying up-to-date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Requirements gathering from prospects/clients and their analysis
- Effectively communicating & documenting your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
- Create User stories, Wireframes, BRD, FRD and any project related documents
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users
- Working closely with clients, technical members, and managerial staff thereby helping in cost efficiency
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Performing user acceptance testing
- Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance
- Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
Desired Candidate Profile
3 to 5 years of Relevant Experience in Business Analysis
B.Tech or M.Tech in IT/CSE, BCA, MCA or MBA
- Proven work experience as a BA or similar role
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- Advanced technical & documentation skills
- Hands-on experience in creating wireframes using Figma
- Fundamental analytical & conceptual thinking skills
- Experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- A track record of following through on commitments
- Project Level AI/ML knowledge will be an added advantage
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Problem-solving & Positive Aptitude
