Business Analyst

Participate in requirements gathering sessions and contribute to the development of

functional specifications.

Conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify and

document business needs, user stories and translate them into user stories/ use cases/

functional specifications.

Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure

project alignment with business needs.

Conduct Business Process Testing and validate efforts, including UAT, to ensure

system functionality and user satisfaction.

Support UAT and user training sessions to ensure seamless adoption of new

Application functionalities.

Provide support to end-users during system go-live and post-implementation phases,

addressing issues and providing training as needed.

Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards and

methodologies.
