Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in understanding and analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring that our IT solutions align with our clients objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to deliver effective solutions that meet and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements and functional specifications.

2. Analysis & Documentation: Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and create detailed documentation, including user stories, use cases, and process flows.

3. Solution Design: Work with technical teams to design and recommend solutions that address business needs and ensure alignment with project goals.

4. Project Management Support: Assist in project planning, including scope definition, timeline estimation, and resource allocation.

5. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding throughout the project lifecycle.

6. Testing & Validation: Develop test plans and conduct testing to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. Continuous Improvement: Provide recommendations for enhancing existing processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Education: Master's degree in Business Administration is must for Fresher, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment, with a strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
