Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities.

Gather, document, and analyze requirements using techniques such as interviews, workshops, and data analysis.

Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), use cases, and process workflows.

Work closely with developers, project managers, and testers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.

Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to optimize workflows.

Conduct gap analysis between current and future state processes.

Support testing efforts by creating test cases, validating outcomes, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders and manage expectations regarding project timelines and deliverables.

Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to propose innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

Ability to create process maps, wireframes, and detailed documentation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Familiarity with data analysis tools like SQL or Tableau is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in [specific industry, e.g., finance, healthcare, IT].

Knowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools and techniques.
