Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements and create business specifications and solution documents.
- Collaborate with the development team to articulate the product vision.
- Analyze current business processes and collaborate with clients to define high-level requirements.
- Manage product backlog and oversee software delivery using Agile methodologies.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge in Loans, Credits, Accounts, or related areas.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies (e. g., backlog creation, EPICs, story creation, sprint planning).
- Experience in functional testing and delivering impactful software.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in the Banking/Fintech domain, especially in lending, home loans, etc.
