About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a background in Telecom BSS/OSS and Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs.
- Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and proposing optimized solutions.
- Documentation: Create detailed business and functional requirement documents, use cases, and workflow diagrams to support the development and implementation of solutions.
- Solution Implementation: Collaborate with IT and operations teams to implement solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and improve overall efficiency.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct testing and validation of implemented solutions, ensuring they function as expected and meet the defined requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they understand and effectively utilize new systems and processes.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of implemented solutions, collecting feedback and making necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 3-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Telecom BSS/OSS and Operations.
