Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to define project scope and objectives.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Utilize Azure DevOps or JIRA for project tracking, documentation, and reporting.
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies as a Scrum Master, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery.
- Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Conduct impact analysis and risk assessment for proposed changes.
- Prepare detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by coordinating testing efforts and managing feedback.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
- Experience on Extracting the requirements from Legacy System and Develop the User Stories.
- Proven experience with Azure DevOps or JIRA for project management.
- Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in Health Care industry will be an added advantage.
