Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for projects related to sales and manufacturing functions.

Must have experience in below points:

Manufacturing end to end process understanding.

Product lifecycle Management.

Product launch.

Product Vision

Business workflow.

Supply Chain Management.

Production Planning and Scheduling.

Quality Assurance and Control.

Inventory Management.

Data Analysis and Reporting

Requirement Gathering and Analysis.

Responsibilities:

Partner with sales and manufacturing stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for software projects.

Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and functional specifications for development teams.

Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Software Requirements Specifications(SRS).

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.

Understand and work effectively within both Scrum and Waterfall software development methodologies.

Develop and execute test cases to ensure software meets functional and non-functional requirements.

Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and collaborate with developers to resolve defects.
