Skills & Experience:
Must have Experience in the Education Sector:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with specific experience in designing or working on School ERP or LMS systems.
- Strong understanding of the operational needs of schools, such as administrative workflows, teacher-student interaction, and learning management processes.
- Business Analyst experienced in the education sector and have worked in building School ERP/LMS systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
- Work closely with internal business users, school administrators, teachers, and other end users to gather detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
Documentation & Translation:
- Translate business requirements into clear, detailed technical specifications and functional documents for the development and technical teams.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of use cases, workflows, wireframes, and user stories.
Execution & Delivery:
- Monitor the progress of the development teams, ensuring timely and quality execution of deliverables.
Big Picture Thinking & Strategic Planning:
- Identify the overall goals of the LMS/ERP system and ensure that the requirements align with the long-term business strategy.
Market Research & Needs Analysis:
- Conduct research on competitor products and market trends in the school ERP and LMS domains.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Karapakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
