Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements
Analyze data and recommend solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Support testing and system validation
Create process flow diagrams and documentation
Qualifications:
3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, etc.)
Excellent communication skills
