About the Role
The revenue funnel at Rocketlane consists of 3 main functional teams -
- Marketing - Demand Generation team (all channels inbound), Events (trade shows, round tables & webinar) and Content
- Sales - Account Executives (AEs), Solution Engineers (SEs), Business Development Representatives (BDR) & Sales Development Representatives (SDR)
- Post sales - Professional Services (Onboarding & implementation), Product Support & Customer Success.
The RevOps teams sits between all functional teams and the leadership
Responsibilities
- Performance Monitoring and Data Analysis:
- Partner with Operations on goal setting, tracking and reporting
- Regularly monitor performances of teams, projects and team members.
- Coordinate with different functions on data, crunch numbers for internal stakeholders
- Data Management & Dashboarding:
- Create, design and publish different dashboards for different teams, stakeholders and executive
- Maintain and update the dashboard on weekly, and a monthly basis
- Business Analysis and Insights Generation:
- Perform Ad Hoc analysis on data to derive actionable insights
- Utilise past trends to forecast support tickets, upsell opportunities, churn and other metrics as required.
- Craft compelling narratives that tie insights to business objectives.
- Process Improvement & SOP Development:
- Ideate and strategize with the RevOps & Post-Sales team to identify opportunities for improving existing processes.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency across the organisation.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and get the relevant teams to adopt the updated processes.
Qualifications
Functional -
- 2+ year or more in reporting, dashboarding, business analysis or Operations role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Ability to synthesise data and extract key insights
- Experience in the SaaS or related fields is a plus
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Experience in performance monitoring and analysis
Technical -
- Advanced knowledge of Excel. SQL is a plus
- Working experience on Salesforce or Hubspot. Having a Salesforce Admin certification is an advantage.
- Experience in building dashboards on Tableau (higher preference) or Power BI is a plus
- Working knowledge of python is a plus
