Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Product Manager to join our Product Team. In this role, you will drive the development of system-facing products that align with both business goals and technical requirements. You will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure that product features meet customer needs and support our company strategy. This position prefers someone with a strong technical background and experience with telehealth applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Requirements: Define, document, and manage product requirements, ensuring they align with both business objectives and technical capabilities.
• Product Development: Collaborate with development teams to guide products from conception through to launch.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform and refine product decisions.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product lifecycle, including prioritizing features and maintaining an up-to-date product roadmap.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, including customers, developers, and executive leadership.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the product is technically sound and meets system requirements through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.

Required Skills:

• Strong Business Background: Able to identify and prioritise business needs
• Technical Competency: Comfortable understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Analytical Skills: Proven experience in conducting Requirement and Gap Analysis.
• Product Management Methodologies: Experience with Lean Product Design processes
• Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical Translation: Ability to transform business needs into clear specifications for the technical team.
• Must have started as a Developer on moved on to Business Analysis or Product Management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of telehealth applications, including call, appointment, and medical record management is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in Agile or Lean methodologies.
• Experience with system-facing products in a similar industry.
