Job Description
- Work as a central PMO on large scale Transformation and strategic programme with a strong governance skill to manage multiple workstreams and maintain a robust control checks over the reporting structure and standardize management approach of the program.
- Ensured RAID logs are updated on regular basis by liaising with PMs and workstreams leads.
- Standardize the reporting templates and steer committee decks to bring uniformity and structured way of presentation.
- Ensure accurate reporting of projects progress through RAG status and project milestones, with timely updates.
- Ensured Change Requests are regularized and monitored by PMs as per schedule/ process/ cost discussed.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and the team members to ensure a smooth workflow, timely reporting and maintain efficient RACI matrix.
- Enabling programme governance using JIRA, Confluence, Scrum Boards and performing checks across programme for adherence
- Preparing Steering Committee packs and project delivery packs for Management attention
- Hands-on experience in Status report, Resource allocation, Change Requests, RAID logs, and extraction of various delivery project reports while maintaining the data hygiene at programme level.
Creating Status Reports, RACI Matrix, and other PM artefacts and coordinating with various stakeholders for updates.
