Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality data analysis, reports, and visualizations that inform strategic business decisions.
- Work closely with the team to understand and translate business needs into actionable data projects. Identify key metrics and KPIs to track the success of business initiatives.
- Possess a strong understanding of data analytics methodologies, including data mining, modeling, and visualization tools. Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in the data analytics field.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to ensure clear understanding and alignment on data-driven insights.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats
- Implement and maintain robust data quality standards and governance practices within the team. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for all teams.
- Manage multiple data analysis projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines effectively. Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Present data findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner that resonates with stakeholders across all levels.
The Ideal Profile
- 1+ (for BA) and 3+ (for Senior BA) years of experience in data analysis and data management. E-commerce experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of data mining, modeling, and data visualisation techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- A passion for data-driven decision-making and a knack for translating data into actionable insights.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
