Business Analyst with expertise in SWIFT Message Formats and Standards, you will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and translating
business requirements into technical solutions focused on SWIFT messaging systems.

Key Responsibility
- Knowledge of SWIFT Message formats and standards
- Should be well versed with MT to MX message transformations /changes and there region-specific nuances
- Should be well versed with BCNR, Amendment, DA, Payments Recall, Comp, RFI, FX,
- Sanction flows using PACS & CAMT (ISO20022) message formats.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Advanced Technical Skills
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Competency in Microsoft applications and JIRA
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
- Familiar with Agile concepts
- Self-starter , takes end to end ownership
- Proficient in stakeholder management
