Requirements
- Gain an understanding of the Transformation Operations domain, with a Finance focus, including business processes & supporting systems.
- identification, documentation, and management of Local Epics in the UTM Kanban Board.
- Product Owner and Business Owners in prioritization of Epics & Tasks.
- with subject matter experts to inform Business Analysis activity.
- with Finance squad to provide Business Analysis inputs.
- and management of the required Business Analysis artefacts (including Data Mapping).
- the agreed quality standards, artefact governance, and business requirements traceability for the project.
- in SaFe events.
- review of Business Analysis outputs supporting the success of the BA Team.
- with BA Team to identify and manage any instances of shared scope or overlap.
- of UTM content to UTS.
