Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst specializing in Oracle NetSuite to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business processes, coupled with technical expertise in Oracle NetSuite implementation and customization. This role requires excellent analytical skills, the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, and a passion for driving business efficiency through technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Gather and analyze business requirements from various departments to understand their needs and processes.

2. Work closely with stakeholders to design, configure, and implement Oracle NetSuite solutions that align with business objectives.

3. Customize NetSuite modules to meet specific business requirements, including but not limited to finance, accounting, inventory management, and CRM.

4. Collaborate with IT teams and third-party vendors to integrate NetSuite with other systems and applications as needed.

5. Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, technical design documents, and user manuals.

6. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of NetSuite functionalities.

7. Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution throughout the implementation and post-implementation phases.

8. Stay current with NetSuite updates, new features, and best practices to continuously improve system performance and efficiency.

9. Participate in ongoing system enhancements, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

10. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Oracle NetSuite implementation and support.
3. In-depth knowledge of Oracle NetSuite functionalities, including SuiteScript customization, SuiteFlow workflows, and SuiteBuilder configuration.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
6. Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
7. NetSuite certification preferred.
8. Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus.
