Key Responsibility Area: (Specifies Key Result Areas for the Incumbent)
- Financial Services/ Consumer banking business(preferred) - with extensive product/solutions orientation related to Customer Onboarding, Customer Service, or related areas.
- Gathering and analyzing requirements for features and translating them into actionable solutions/products.
- Creating visual models, such as flowcharts and diagrams, to represent business processes and facilitate understanding and communication among stakeholders.
- Working closely with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and development teams, to ensure clear communication, manage expectations, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Assessing potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborating with technical teams to design solutions that meet business solutions/products requirements and documenting them in a clear and concise manner.
- Coordinating and participating in user acceptance testing to ensure that the developed solutions meet the needs and expectations of end-users.
- Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making and drive business growth.
- Playing a crucial role in managing organizational change by identifying the impact of proposed changes, developing change management plans, and facilitating smooth transitions.
- Continuously evaluating and improving processes, systems, and solutions to drive innovation and enhance business performance.
- Providing leadership to the solutions/product team, assisting in delivering results, business goals, and commitments, and supporting various special project assignments.
- A basic understanding of IT systems, databases, and software development methodologies (Agile)
