Job Description

  • 4 to 6 years experience as a Techno Functional BA
  • 1 to 2 years experience in the Insurance domain as a BA
  • Creating requirements for custom API calls or workflows to integrate with the client's unique business processes.
  • Work with the InsureMo product team to define & finalize requirements
  • Analyse support tickets and update the relevant stakeholders.
  • Understand current challenges and the enhancements to address the challenges.
  • Improve the data exchange between the InsureMo product team and the client's systems.
  • Should be able to understand the technical aspects of the solution.
  • Should have some application design/development in the past.
  • Prior experience with the InsureMo product will be an advantage.
  • Should have excellent communication and client handling skills.
