Business Analyst

As an Associate Business Analyst/ Business Analyst, you will be responsible to fulfil the following duties:

Primarily involved in analysis of budget, forecasting and financial reconciliations and work on any Ad-hoc analysis as per the business needs.

You will be responsible for financial planning reporting and work closely with the region/affiliate stakeholders to drive FPA initiatives.

Simultaneously, you will be responsible for various activities like driving continuous improvement of financial controlling or planning processes across departments.

Ensure all the business and process updates are shared within the team.

Proactively pursue to increase own business understanding of Novo Nordisk and the pharmaceutical industry/other and share the same across FPA department.

Qualifications

• You hold a bachelor s or Master s in Finance (or equivalent)/CA, CFA, CMA

• Minimum 6 - 9 years of relevant experience in FPA

• Proficiency with PC-tools, knowledge of MS Office, SAP ECC, SAP BW.

• Working knowledge of VBA, Tableau, Alteryx and Qlik Sense is an advantage.
