Position: BUSINESS ANALYST (Night shift / WFO compulsory)
Responsibilities:
- Understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate proposed solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, process flows, and use cases.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and project management, to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
- Support the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing to validate solution functionality and ensure business requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and propose mitigating strategies to ensure successful project.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis and business process improvement.
- Act as a liaison with technical teams to facilitate communication, resolve conflicts, and ensure successful project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex business processes and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in requirements elicitation, documentation, and management techniques, such as user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Familiarity with business process modeling tools, such as Microsoft Visio or Lucid chart.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
