Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar strategic role, preferably within the D2C fashion or retail industry.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through data analysis and operational improvements.
Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello and Asana.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about business challenges.
Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data insights and strategies to stakeholders.
Experience in mid-level management or as a management trainee is a plus.
