We are looking for smart and passionate individuals who can effectively analyse customer and project requirements across various business domains and identify issues in existing system processes through evaluation of real-time data.
You will be responsible for leading the team in requirement gathering through constant interaction with the customers, business process modelling, prototyping, functional testing and ensuring successful implementation as per the identified requirements. As a BA, you must have strong analytical ability and good presentation & communication skills.
Responsibilities:
1.Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
Work closely with stakeholders to understand the needs, objectives, and challenges.
Document, and analyse business requirements, processes, and workflows.
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Leading reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Guide technical team to develop system prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels
2.Solution Design:
Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs.
Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges.
Ensure that proposed solutions align with the organization's strategic goals and technological capabilities.
3.Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as a liaison between customer end stakeholders and various project teams.
Simplify and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to various stakeholders based on need.
Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with customer for optimized systems integration
4.Documentation:
Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
Create and maintain discussion documents (DD) to record all interactions with the customer side.
Prepare a detailed Customer Requirement Specifications (CRS) Document based on the study conducted and requirements gathered.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Author and update internal and external documentation, and deliver requirements and documentation
5.Quality Assurance:
Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions.
Ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and are of high quality.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or deviations from the plan.
Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems
6.Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
Recommend process improvements and assist in their implementation.
Qualification and Skills:
B.Tech/ B.E./ MCA/ MBA
Scrum Master/ Product Owner
Proven analytical abilities
At least 5 years of experience in large IT/ ITeS projects (in the Govt. Sector) in the role of business analyst
Experience in IFMIS project in the role of business analyst.
Experience in generating process documentation and reports
Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
Proficiency in English & Hindi language, both written and verbal.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is an added advantage.
Location
Expected to travel and be stationed across various States in India as per project requirement.
