Job Title: Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the implementation of effective solutions that drive business success.
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:- Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
Conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather and document detailed business and system requirements.- Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications for IT development.
Business Process Modeling:- Document current business processes (as-is) and design improved processes (to-be).
Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.- Work with stakeholders to validate and refine process designs.
Solution Design and Implementation:- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement solutions that align with business needs.
Participate in the development of prototypes, mock-ups, and use cases.- Assist in the development and execution of testing strategies, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
Project Management Support:- Assist in project planning, including scope definition, timelines, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.- Identify and manage project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Documentation and Reporting:- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
Prepare regular reports on project status, risks, and outcomes.- Provide training and support to end-users during the implementation phase.
Continuous Improvement:- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of the solution.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and technology.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience:- 6 month to 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Experience in Research and growth of company
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., UML, BPMN, use case diagrams).
- Familiarity with project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
