We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager with strong expertise in serving as a Scrum Master.
Proven track record in Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and AI implementation projects is required.
This role involves bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving project success through effective project management methodologies and agile practices.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the Scrum Master for cross-functional Agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and prioritize feature backlogs.
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions leveraging Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and AI technologies.
Translate business requirements into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to deployment, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope constraints.
Drive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations through regular communication and status updates.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices, lessons learned, and feedback loops.
Requirements Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. (Masters degree preferred)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
Proven experience of 5 years minimum as a Business Analyst/Project Manager in IT/software development projects.
Demonstrated expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and AI implementation projects.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience serving as a Scrum Master.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
