As a
Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions. Your expertise in gathering and documenting requirements, conducting data analysis, and facilitating stakeholder collaboration will contribute to the success of our projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements using industry-standard techniques such as interviews, workshops, and user stories.
Create detailed functional and non-functional specifications, process flows, and system diagrams to support the development of software solutions.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making and drive business value.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into actionable tasks.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during the deployment of new systems or enhancements.
Monitor and assess the performance of implemented solutions, identifying opportunities for further improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to business analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT environment, with a track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects.
Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as
requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis.
Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, and experience working in cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in documenting business requirements, use cases, process flows, and technical specifications.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to grasp complex business and technical concepts.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems integration, and enterprise software applications
