- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the dental or medical manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and manufacturing software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
