Business Analyst II

As a Business Analyst in the Global Strategy team, you will be working on high-impact, high-visibility projects that will inform critical business decisions. You will reporting directly to the Director of Strategy in India and interface with key stakeholders across the business e.g., regional management, Regional Functional leaders, Project Directors/Project Managers across the world.

Key responsibilities:

Analysis : Work with datasets to perform analysis and develop insights / recommendations

Problem solving: Analytical and conceptual problem solving to address key asks from stakeholders

Stakeholder management: As part of a Global team, you will work with multiple stakeholders requiring process management and stakeholder management skills

Communication: Synthesize recommendations both verbally and in written form (Excel or Powerpoint)

Maintenance / Development of dashboards: You will also develop and maintain business dashboards on Power BI and other tools
