Role/ Job Title: Business Analyst
Function/ Department: Data & Analytics
Job Purpose:
Business Analyst will collaborate with business units, customer journey teams, data scientists and data engineers to identify and define business goals.
The analyst will be involved in identifying complex fuzzy problems, breaking them down into smaller parts and implementing creative, data-driven solutions. The analyst would also be responsible for defining, tracking and improving key metrics and communicating business trends to stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Define, develop, monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to align with the bank s strategic objectives.
- Utilize SQL, PySpark, Python, and other relevant tools to efficiently process large datasets.
- Develop custom scripts and code for data analysis and reporting within a big data context.
- Create engaging and visually captivating dashboards and reports with a focus on delivering actionable insights, using Tableau or similar dashboarding tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define the North Star metric, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating effective communication of data-driven insights.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security within the big data environment.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proficiency in data storytelling and presentation techniques.

Deliver & effectively track all the deliverables.
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)
Post-Graduation: Master of Science (M.Sc) /Master of Technology (M.Tech) / Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
Experience Range: 5-10 years
