Business Analyst - HRMS - ERP - Software product company Chennai

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, preferably with experience in HRMS / ERP domestic software product companies or similar domains. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of our HRMS products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering and Analysis
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and end-users to gather detailed business requirements.
• Analyze and document, workflows, and use cases.
• Conduct gap analysis.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and meet client needs.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to translate requirements into actionable tasks.
• Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
• Create user manuals, training materials, and system documentation.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.
