The Business Analyst is responsible for handling module-wise service requests (SRs) and ensuring they are processed within the specified time frame. The role also involves direct client interaction to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and categorize service requests for different modules.
- Ensure that no service request remains unattended for more than two weeks.
- Experience working with service request systems and tracking tools.
- Monitor and track the status of all SRs to ensure adherence to timelines.
- Conduct online meetings with clients to understand their requirements.
- Maintain clear and effective communication channels with clients to gather detailed specifications and updates for enhancements.
- Act as a liaison between the client and the development team to ensure proper understanding of requirements.
- Responsible for communicating and adhering to the timelines for project enhancements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of enhancement tasks and report delays or issues to management and clients as needed.
- Provide regular status updates to clients on ongoing enhancements.
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Years of experience in client-facing roles or project coordination.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients professionally.
- Time management abilities to ensure SRs and enhancements are completed within deadlines.
- Familiarity with service request management tools and online meeting platforms.
- Problem-solving mindset to manage and address potential challenges during service request compilation and enhancements.
