Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our IT capabilities and our business objectives. Your responsibilities will include defining configuration specifications and business analysis requirements, performing quality assurance, defining reporting and alerting requirements, and maintaining system processes. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our partners to optimize integration and enhance our software product's features. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in Business/Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance, a degree in IT/Computer Science, and proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing. You should also have strong analytical skills and experience in data visualization techniques and tools. Solid experience in writing SQL queries and knowledge in generating process documentation will be an added advantage. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills, are essential.
