Qualification Required:- BCom/ BBA /MBA ( Finance specialization)
Technical Skillset - Power Bi, Advanced Excel and Good Communication Skills
Key responsibilities include preparing business reports for stakeholders, performing financial analysis and modeling, assisting with annual budgeting, and conducting monthly forecasting.
The candidate will engage in cross-departmental communications and gain a comprehensive understanding of the business's financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and create regular reports.
- Develop and optimize databases, data collection, and data analytics strategies for enhanced efficiency and quality.
- Analyze existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies to improve overall business operations.
- Provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage online marketing strategies, including strategic PPC management.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
- Use customer feedback and analytics to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with supply chain and inventory teams to optimize stock levels, reduce costs, and prevent stockouts.
- Analyze sales data to forecast demand and align inventory with market trends.
- Generate reports and dashboards to inform management's decision-making.
Qualifications, Experience & Requirements
- Qualification Required:- BCom/ BBA /MBA ( Finance specialization)
- Bachelor's degree and a strong interest in the e-commerce industry (prior experience in homeware not required).
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data analysis, problem-solving, and research.
- Ability to work in a small team and willingness to learn all facets of a home decor and furniture brand.
- Proficiency in Power BI (or any data visualization tool), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and R/Python (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong skills in data analysis and reporting.
- Experience working with the US or EU markets (remote or onsite experience preferred).
- Comprehensive understanding of the Product Management Lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to create professional and meaningful presentations for management.
