As a Business Analyst at GTS, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality datasets that meet our clients needs and contribute to the advancement of AI technology.
Key Responsibilities - Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their data requirements and business objectives.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and translate them into detailed specifications for dataset creation.
- Work with internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Develop project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of datasets.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that arise.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze datasets to ensure they meet quality standards and client specifications.
- Generate detailed reports and insights based on data analysis.
- Provide recommendations for data improvements and enhancements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Address client inquiries and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on project progress.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI and data analytics.
- Contribute to the development of new service offerings and solutions.
Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the AI or data analytics industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
