Responsibilities. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:. Identify Business Need. Work with stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives

*Analyze Requirements:* Evaluate the requirements to ensure they are feasible and align with the organization's goals

Process Mapping and Improvement:. Map Current Processes: Document and analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement

Recommend Improvements: Propose process changes that can enhance productivity, reduce costs, or improve quality

*Design New Processes: Work on designing and implementing new processes that align with business objectives

Stakeholder Communication:. Facilitate Meetings:Organize and lead meetings with stakeholders to gather information, discuss requirements, and present findings

Liaise Between Teams: Serve as a communication bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned

Provide Updates: Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, changes in requirements, and any potential issues

Solution Evaluation and Implementation:. Evaluate Solutions: Analyze potential solutions (including software, systems, and processes) to determine which best meets the business needs

Support Implementation: Assist in the implementation of solutions by ensuring they meet the documented requirements and are delivered on time

Conduct Testing: Help plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that the solution works as expected

Data Analysis and Reporting:. Analyze Data: Use data analysis techniques to provide insights that support business decisions

Develop Training Materials: Assist in creating training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users

Track Progress: Monitor the progress of projects, identifying risks and issues that may impact the projects success

Ensure Quality:Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure that the final deliverables meet the business requirements

Risk Management:. Identify Risks:Identify potential risks associated with projects or proposed solutions

Mitigate Risks: Develop strategies to minimize risks and address issues that may arise during the project lifecycle

Qualifications. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field. 2+ years of experience in a business analysis role. Strong analytical and problem-solving

Skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Excellent communication and presentation
