Your Key Responsibilities:
Data Management
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Collaborate with Data Analysts for a clear understanding and effective use of P&O data in reporting within Workday and linked digital P&O applications.
- Drive the development of reports, KPIs, and metrics by closely partnering with technology teams, Implementation Partners, and other HCM workstream members.
- Lead the implementation of Workday HCM reporting modules and perform regular audits of data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Project Management
- Support the HCM project team in planning, monitoring, and executing project activities.
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring that project goals are met within budget.
- Contribute to the preparation of project status reports and presentations for senior management.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to HCM.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to the HCM system and related processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Engage in cross-functional initiatives to enhance overall business performance, particularly in areas impacting the workforce.
Essential Requirements
What you'll bring to the role:
- Expertise in People data usage in reporting and analytics.
- Experience in reporting/KPI/Metrics development with cross-functional business application knowledge.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and HCM concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HCM software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Project management experience or familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
