Role Overview:
The Product Manager will be responsible for enhancing and developing customer onboarding journeys on Mobile/Web apps. He will create a product roadmap, priorities for enhancement and development with design, engineering, tech, marketing & operations team.
Responsibilities:
- Build a deep understanding of our customers, their needs, and their journey from before signing up to becoming active users.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, user research, and data science teams to build a compelling product roadmap.
- Facilitate the execution of the roadmap to deliver impactful product features that enhance the customer onboarding experience.
- Continuously capture insights from customer feedback, experiments, research, and analysis to iterate on and improve the product.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
- Deliver artifacts such as Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Use Cases, Process & Data Flow Diagrams.
- Coordinate with Development, QA teams, and stakeholders regarding project-related activities.
- Support PMO in project effort estimation, schedule planning, cost estimation, resource planning, tracking deliverables, managing issues, scope changes, and status reporting.
- Assist in data migration and validation processes as needed.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities continuously while working with teams.
Qualifications:
- 2 - 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Experience in the financial services or asset management industry.
- Proven experience in enhancing customer journeys on Mobile/Web platforms.
- Principled approach to identifying, understanding, and solving customer problems.
- Customer obsessed with a history of building successful consumer products.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Creative and entrepreneurial spirit are a self-starter and an analytical problem solver.
