Job Responsibilities
- The primary role of a Business Analyst is to act as an essential conduit between an organization's Digital/IT capabilities and its business goals. The core responsibilities include:
- Grasping Business Requirements: Comprehending the specific needs and challenges faced by the business and its various departments.
- Solution Formulation: Pinpointing and recommending strategies to resolve business issues and enhance performance.
- Process Enhancement: Suggesting improvements to operational workflows, systems, and methodologies to boost efficiency.
- Facilitating Communication: Ensuring a seamless flow of information between technical teams and business stakeholders to clarify needs and expected outcomes.
- Data Analysis: Gathering and scrutinizing data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights relevant to the business's operations.
- Aiding in Deployment: Assisting with the rollout of new systems or processes, including validation, training, and support during the transition.
- Evaluating Results: Continuously assessing the effects of implemented changes and proposing further refinements for ongoing improvement
- Should be able to take complete ownership of the assigned project
- Learn and create individual pipeline, growth and required closures
- Experience of working in Agile environments
- Well versed with PM tools like JIRA or equivalent project tracking tool
