Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Client Manager Support:
  • Assist the Client Manager in daily operations, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling client communications.
  • Act as a liaison between the Client Manager and clients, ensuring all client requests and inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain and update client records, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals for client meetings.
  1. Data Management & Follow-up:
  • Collect, organize, and maintain data related to clients, market deals, and other relevant areas.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly updating and verifying information.
  • Follow up with clients and internal teams to gather required information and ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Create and manage databases and tracking systems to monitor client interactions, deal progress, and other key metrics.
  1. Market Deals Analysis and Team Leadership:
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and deal performance to provide insights and recommendations to the Client Manager and senior management.
  • Lead the Market Deals Team by setting clear goals, providing guidance, and monitoring performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve market deal processes and outcomes.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of market deals.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on market deals and team performance for senior management review.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client support, data management, and market analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g., Excel, CRM systems, database management tools).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.

Pref : CA / MBA finance - recent grads
