Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical individual to join our team as an Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a Tier 1 MBA and 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. The Analyst will play a key role in supporting our fast-growing brand by leveraging their expertise in financial projections, project summaries, and MS Office suite to provide insightful analyses and presentations. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to impactful nature-based solutions and natural capital funds.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis & Projections:
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and develop financial models.
- Prepare and present financial projections to support business decisions.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Project Summary & Reporting:
- Compile comprehensive project summaries highlighting key metrics and outcomes.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all project-related documentation.
- Presentation Preparation:
- Develop high-quality presentations using MS PowerPoint to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure presentations are aligned with business objectives.
- Tailor presentations for different audiences, including executives and external partners.
- Data Management & Excel Proficiency:
- Utilize MS Excel to manage, analyze, and interpret large datasets.
- Create and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets and dashboards.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all analytical outputs.
- Attention to Detail:
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in all analyses, reports, and presentations.
- Review work carefully to ensure thoroughness and precision.
- Independent Functioning:
- Demonstrate the ability to function independently with minimal guidance.
- Proactively manage tasks and deadlines, showing strong self-management skills.
- Collaborative & Remote Work:
- Work collaboratively with team members across London, Singapore, and Bangalore.
- Participate in virtual meetings and contribute to team discussions and projects.
- Demonstrate strong self-management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Qualifications
- Education:
- MBA from a Tier 1 institution is mandatory.
- Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, project management, or a related field.
- Experience in nature-based solutions or environmental finance is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Ability to function independently with minimal guidance.
Familiarity with natural capital funds and sustainability initiatives is desirable
