Job Opportunity: Glowing Bud Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their Customer Success team. This role involves analyzing customer data, identifying trends, and using insights to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed analysis of customer data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with the Customer Success team to devise strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Design, maintain, and update reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and other critical customer success metrics.
- Regularly review customer feedback, translating it into actionable strategies to resolve any issues promptly.
- Engage with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Support the enhancement and implementation of customer success protocols and best practices.
- Provide robust analytical support for projects and initiatives aimed at bolstering customer success.
Qualifications
- A Bachelors degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a customer success or service setting.
- Exceptional analytical abilities with a track record of effectively handling large datasets.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively articulate findings and strategies to stakeholders.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
