Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes in the digital marketing and website development industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, development, and sales to gather and analyze business requirements.
Develop detailed business cases, requirements documentation, and project plans to support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and website development projects. Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to measure and track key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
Provide valuable insights and recommendations to optimize digital marketing strategies, website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, project teams, and clients to ensure clarity, transparency, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and maximize outcomes.
Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends to drive continuous organizational improvement and innovation.
Regularly monitor and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness, identifying improvement and optimization areas.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape within the digital marketing space.
Analyze competitor strategies and performance metrics to benchmark our company's performance and identify opportunities for differentiattion.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements for new digital marketing initiatives or enhancements to existing ones
Document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development and implementation process.
Work closely with marketing teams to develop data-driven strategies and tactics for customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and strategies.
Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to drive informed decision-making.
