Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with excellent domain knowledge in the apparel industry to join our team at Bipolar Factory.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of industry trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
  • As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance our products and services.

Responsibilities :

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, and challenges within the apparel industry.
2. Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and risks.
3. Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements, translating them into actionable insights and recommendations.
4. Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and ROI analyses to support decision-making and project prioritization.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and sales, to define project scope and deliverables.
6. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit requirements and gather feedback.
7. Perform gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement, optimization, and innovation.
8. Create and maintain documentation, including business requirements documents, user stories, and process flows.
9. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
10. Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to stakeholders.


Requirements


1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on the apparel industry.
3. Excellent domain knowledge of the apparel industry, including market trends, supply chain dynamics, and consumer preferences.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data from multiple sources.
5. Experience with business analysis tools and techniques, such as SWOT analysis, PESTLE analysis, and stakeholder mapping.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
8. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
9. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
