The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business operations, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance efficiency and profitability. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Skills and Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of business operations and processes
- Ability to develop and maintain project documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques
